TERMS OF SALE:
Initial orders for new accounts must meet the freight requirements for your particular state. All orders require a variety of merchandise and lines to guarantee shipment. Minimum $700.00 of assorted merchandise, excluding spark plugs, refrigerant, oil & gas cans. One or two lines on opening orders will not qualify. We reserve the right to limit quantities.

FREIGHT POLICY:
Set by Location.

SHORTAGES OR DAMAGES:
Do not accept a shipment without counting cartons
All orders are shipped from Prime with a piece count on the bill of lading even if shrink wrapped. To sign for wrapped pallets without counting cartons and checking for damages leaves the customer responsible and is not the responsibility of the freight company or Prime Automotive. Prime must be notified of any shortages or damages within 48 hours of receipt of shipment.

RETURN POLICY:
No returns without written authorization. We do not accept return of seasonal merchandise, packages that have been opened or items that have price stickers on them.

RESTOCKING CHARGE:
Merchandise returned for credit will be subject to a 15% handling charge.

BACK ORDERS:
We do not back order.

TOOL POLICY:
$300 Prepaid on UPS shipments of hand tools
